THE COMPANY
An exterior surface company, based in Mims
Thomas Surface Co. was founded in 2026 and works across North Brevard County. We are woman-owned and family-operated, which in practice means the people who quote your job, schedule it, and stand on your driveway doing it all answer to the same name.
We hold ourselves to one core standard: match the method to the surface. Concrete and pavers can take high pressure. Stucco, siding, screen enclosures, and pool cages cannot. Knowing the difference — and owning the equipment to act on it — is the whole job.
It also means we will tell you when the answer is “not yet” or “not us.” A seal date that should move because of weather, a paver base that needs a hardscape contractor before anyone seals it, a roof we will not touch. Saying so costs us work in the short run and is the reason we expect to still be here in the long one.

WHY “SURFACE”
The name is the method
We did not call ourselves a pressure washing company because pressure is a tool, not a promise. A driveway, a paver pool deck, a stucco wall, and a screen enclosure are four different materials, and treating them the same way is how exteriors get damaged by the people hired to clean them.
Offering both pressure washing and soft washing is the proof of that. When a company only owns one method, every surface somehow turns out to need it. We carry both so the recommendation you get is about your surface, not our equipment.

What we don’t do
We don’t clean roofs; shingle, tile, or metal. That’s a deliberate decision about the work we put our name on, not a limit on equipment. We also don’t install, repair, or re-level pavers.

Free on-site estimates only
We quote surfaces we have looked at. No phone quotes — a number given sight-unseen is a guess, and guesses get revised on the day.
Calls returned within one business day
Every call, every time. If you have not heard from us, something went wrong and we want to know.
Estimates typically the same week
And work typically within a week of the estimate.
Licensed and insured
Certificate of insurance available on request, issued before work begins.
Payment at completion
Cash or card. Card payments carry a 3% surcharge. Nothing is due before the work is done.

Paver sealing takes two visits
Paver sealing is a two-visit job. Pavers must be completely dry before sealer is applied, so cleaning happens on one visit and sealing on another. The seal date depends on weather; we’ll reschedule rather than apply sealer in conditions that will compromise it.
