PRESSURE WASHING
Pressure Washing in Mims, Titusville & North Brevard
High-pressure cleaning for driveways, sidewalks, pool decks, patios, and commercial walkways — the durable surfaces that can take it.
THE RIGHT TOOL FOR HARD SURFACES
Concrete can take pressure. Not everything can.
Concrete, brick, and paver hardscape hold up to high pressure, and high pressure is what actually lifts years of traffic film, algae, and organic staining out of a porous surface instead of just darkening it temporarily.
Surface cleaners keep the result even. Wand-only work leaves the stripes and arcs you have seen on half the driveways in the county — a line of cleaner concrete next to a line of dirty concrete, permanently advertising how the job was done.
Where the surface would be damaged by pressure — stucco, siding, screens, and pool cages — we switch methods rather than turn the pressure down and hope. That is soft washing, and it is a different job.

What we don't do
We don’t clean roofs; shingle, tile, or metal. That’s a deliberate decision about the work we put our name on, not a limit on equipment. We also don’t install, repair, or re-level pavers.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions we get asked
Will pressure washing damage my concrete or pavers?
Not when the pressure is matched to the surface. Concrete and paver hardscape are built for it. The damage you have seen — etched lines, blasted-out joint sand — comes from the wrong tip, the wrong distance, or the wrong surface entirely.
Why does my driveway look striped after other companies clean it?
That is wand-only work. A hand wand cleans in arcs, so anything it misses stays dirty right next to what it hit. A surface cleaner covers the area uniformly, which is why we use one on broad flatwork.
Can you pressure wash my house siding or pool cage?
We clean those, but not with high pressure — it drives water behind siding and can tear screen. Those surfaces get soft washed instead.
Do you clean roofs?
No. We do not clean roofs of any kind — shingle, tile, or metal. That is a deliberate decision about the work we put our name on.
Should I seal the concrete or pavers after washing?
On pavers, cleaning is the natural moment to seal — see paver sealing. On plain concrete it is optional. We will tell you what we would do on your surface and leave the decision with you.
Do you handle commercial properties on a schedule?
Yes. Recurring quarterly, semi-annual, and annual programs for HOAs, retail, and managed portfolios are on our commercial page.
