THE FINISH MATTERS
OUR PROMISE
Match the method to the surface
Sun, rain, traffic, and salt air take a toll on every outdoor surface in Brevard County. Some of those surfaces need high pressure. Some would be damaged by it. We run both pressure washing and soft washing so the answer is the right one for what you actually have — concrete, pavers, stucco, siding, or a screen enclosure.
Certified sealer applicator
Sealer chosen and applied for Florida conditions.

WHAT WE DO
Paver and exterior cleaning services
Four services, each on its own page, with the surfaces and the process spelled out.
Paver Restoration
Remove failed coatings and revive worn surfaces for a clean, even finish.
LEARN MOREPressure Washing
High-pressure cleaning for driveways, sidewalks, pool decks, patios, and commercial walkways.
LEARN MORESoft Washing
Low-pressure cleaning for surfaces high pressure would damage — stucco, siding, screen enclosures, pool cages, and fences. No Roofs.
LEARN MOREPaver sealing takes two visits
Paver sealing is a two-visit job. Pavers must be completely dry before sealer is applied, so cleaning happens on one visit and sealing on another. The seal date depends on weather; we’ll reschedule rather than apply sealer in conditions that will compromise it.
What we don't do
We don’t clean roofs; shingle, tile, or metal. That’s a deliberate decision about the work we put our name on, not a limit on equipment. We also don’t install, repair, or re-level pavers.
OUR STANDARD
A Better Finish for Every Outdoor Surface
We evaluate the surface, prepare it the right way, and apply the system that fits your property—not a one-size-fits-all shortcut.
01
Assess
A free on-site look at condition, traffic, exposure, and your ideal result.
02
Clean
High pressure or soft wash, whichever the surface calls for.
03
Protect
On pavers, sealer goes on a second visit once the surface is fully dry.
