Does salt air mean I need cleaning more often?
Generally yes. Island exteriors grow back faster than inland ones, particularly on shaded and north-facing walls. We will give you a realistic interval for your property at the estimate.
Is sealing worth it on a paver pool deck here?
It is where most of the value is. Sealer holds the joint sand, slows UV fade, and keeps sunscreen, leaf tannin, and spills from soaking in. Plan for two visits — cleaning on one, sealing on another once it is fully dry.
