COCOA, FLORIDA

Where paver work and storefront work overlap

Cocoa is one of the few places in our area where residential paver work and commercial walkway work sit side by side. Riverfront and older-neighborhood homes bring paver drives, courtyards, and pool decks; the Village brings brick and paver walkways, entryways, and storefronts that are judged by how they look on a Saturday morning.

Proximity to the Indian River means humidity and salt air, and both feed the growth that turns walkways slick and north-facing walls green. Foot-traffic areas add a second layer — the ground-in film that makes concrete read gray instead of dirty, so it stops registering as something that can be fixed.

For business and HOA property, this is usually a recurring conversation rather than a one-off: see commercial services for maintenance programs and certificates of insurance.

Paver sealing takes two visits

Paver sealing is a two-visit job. Pavers must be completely dry before sealer is applied, so cleaning happens on one visit and sealing on another. The seal date depends on weather; we’ll reschedule rather than apply sealer in conditions that will compromise it.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions we get asked

Do you work with businesses in Cocoa Village?

Yes. Storefronts, entryways, and walkways, one-time or on a recurring schedule. See our commercial page.

Can you work before we open?

Yes. Early-morning and off-hours scheduling is standard for commercial work so customers are not walking through the job.

Should paver walkways be sealed or just cleaned?

Cleaning is the fix for right now; sealing is what keeps the color and holds the joint sand so the next cleaning is easier. On high-traffic commercial walkways the sealed surface usually pays for itself in how it holds up.

Do you clean roofs in Cocoa?

No. No roofs — shingle, tile, or metal. Pavers, concrete, and delicate exterior surfaces only.
