SOFT WASHING
Soft Washing in Mims, Titusville & North Brevard
Low-pressure cleaning for surfaces high pressure would damage — stucco, siding, screen enclosures, pool cages, and fences. No roofs.
LOW PRESSURE, NOT LOW EFFORT
The cleaning solution does the work, not the pressure
Soft washing applies cleaning solution at low pressure, lets it break down the algae and mildew, and rinses it away. The surface never takes the force that would crack stucco, push water behind siding, or stretch a screen out of its frame.
In Brevard, the green and black growth on a shaded north wall or a pool cage is biological. High pressure knocks the top layer off and it comes straight back. Treating it properly is what makes the result last.
This is the other half of matching the method to the surface. Hard flatwork gets pressure washing. Delicate exterior surfaces get soft washed. Running both is the reason we can tell you honestly which one yours needs.

What we don't do
We don’t clean roofs; shingle, tile, or metal. That’s a deliberate decision about the work we put our name on, not a limit on equipment. We also don’t install, repair, or re-level pavers.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions we get asked
What is the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing uses force to clean durable surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses cleaning solution at low pressure for surfaces that force would damage. Same goal, different method, and the surface decides which one you get.
Do you clean roofs?
No. We do not clean roofs; shingle, tile, or metal. That is a deliberate decision about the work we put our name on, not a limit on equipment.
Is soft washing safe for my screen enclosure or pool cage?
Yes — it is the only method we will use on one. High pressure stretches screen, pops spline, and drives water where it does not belong. Low pressure and the right solution clean the frame and mesh without any of that.
What about my landscaping?
Plants and beds are pre-wet and protected before we apply anything, and everything is rinsed down afterward. Tell us about anything particularly delicate at the estimate and we will plan around it.
How often does a house need soft washing?
It depends on shade, tree cover, and which way the wall faces — north-facing and shaded walls grow back fastest in Florida humidity. We will give you a realistic interval for your property rather than a number off a chart.
Can you soft wash and pressure wash on the same visit?
Yes. House, screens, and fencing soft washed and the driveway and walkways pressure washed is a common combination, and it is quoted as one job.
